We would rather be exact than reassuring, so this page states what happens today and what is still being built.
What happens to a file

You upload a file.

Google’s Gemini API, a third-party AI provider, processes it to analyse the requirement.

It reaches our desk only when you lock the requirement.
Storage and access
- Locked requirements are stored in our database, hosted by Neon on AWS in the US East region (Virginia, USA). Our website runs on Vercel in the same region.
- Only Kaleido staff with a dashboard login can see them. Every login is created by an administrator and can be revoked.
- To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email team@kaleidoventures.in.
Private inference
In buildSelf-hosted inference is in build. Until it is live, do not upload files you cannot share with a third-party AI provider. Contact us to discuss your needs.
